Allflow Industrial has over ten years experience in servicing equipment including

Allflow Industrial service all types of oil water separators, pumps and filters. Our technicians are trained AIP accredited and available to deal with breakdown repairs to pumps and oil water separators as well as ongoing preventative maintenance.

Inspect water flow and buildup of oil on surface.
Running pump manually and check water levels in each stage.
Shut down the system.
Check waste oil container for any buildup of oil.
Check the pump operation, float operation, and ensure it is activating when water level reaches trigger point.
Check water inflow, if not adequate, check condition of pump and associated parts.
Check condition of gate valves to sludge outlets and check any piping for damage.
Drain separator back to pit to expose media packs.
Remove media packs and rinse with high-pressure washer.
Remove all sludge from separator and return to pit and hose down internals of separator.
Check sludge level in pit and note clearance to base of suction line.
Reinstate all items and fill separator with fresh water.
Test separator control panel is operating is operating in both auto and manual modes.
Check the pump operation and ensure it is activating when water level reaches trigger point.
Reinstate separator lid and leave system in auto mode.
Check general condition of system and pump for loose connections and wear and tear.
Check water drive manifold for any water leaks.
Utilize degreaser to thoroughly clean the service area, followed by the application of Odo-safe for effective odour elimination.
